Account access

Client login uses ChatGPT authentication through Sites. We receive your account identifier, email and available name to recognise your account. We do not receive or store your ChatGPT password.

Enquiries and office follow-up

When you send an enquiry, we store the contact details, selected service, destination, message and enquiry reference. Our authorised office team uses these details to review your plans, contact you and manage follow-up. Your client portal displays enquiries submitted from your account and their office status. Office notes are restricted to the admin dashboard.

Work opportunity screening

The work checker evaluates the answers you enter against the listing’s preliminary criteria. When you send a linked enquiry, we save the listing reference and screening outcome. The raw screening answers are not stored as a separate client profile. An outcome does not approve employment, a work permit or a visa.

Checklists and browser storage

The document planner stores checklist progress in your browser tab. Destination-page checks last during that page visit. If an enquiry requires login, its contact and message draft can be restored in the same browser tab for up to one hour to help you return to the form. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. Use a private browser session on a shared computer and log out when finished.

Documents and data requests

This website does not accept passport or document uploads. Send only contact and service details in enquiry messages. Contact our office to arrange document submission, request a correction or ask about deleting your enquiry information. We will review your request and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
